Natasha is an educator, adapted movement specialist, and soccer coach with a focus on soccer-specific training and injury prevention. Originally from the UK, she holds an FA Level 2 coaching qualification (UEFA C) and is fully insured through United Soccer Coaches. With a background in Physical Education, Natasha earned her Master’s degree in Kinesiology and a Graduate Certificate in Teaching and Learning. Her unique blend of teaching experience and movement science supports players of all ages in developing strength, skill, and resilience—on and off the field.
I am a kinesiologist and soccer coach with a passion for helping players grow in confidence, skill, and creativity—while staying healthy and injury-free.
I specialize in adapted movement and utilize a research-based framework called Ecological Dynamics. This simply means I help players learn by doing—through game-like situations where they interact with teammates, opponents, and the environment. It’s all about making smart decisions in real time, just like they’ll need to on the field.
No lines, no laps, no lectures — just purposeful play. I utilize a Constraints-Led Approach to create realistic challenges that help players develop:
I also offer mobility programs for injury prevention, individualized skill-building sessions, and my signature Pilates-based “SoccerFlow” method—a unique training system that builds core strength and flexibility, while improving performance.
With experience coaching all ages—from preschool to high school, college, and even older adults—I tailor training to meet each player where they are and support them in reaching their goals.
Currently, I coach with Sporting Arkansas Soccer Club and volunteer with Bentonville High School Women’s Soccer.
Let’s work together to help your player thrive—on and off the field.
I know that building new habits and learning new techniques can be challenging—especially when it comes to fitness and movement.
My goal is to help players see movement not just as something they have to do, but as something that’s part of who they are—on and off the field. By making training engaging, purposeful, and fun, I work to create a positive experience for players of all ages and abilities.
“Don’t wish for it—work for it!”
I offer individual and small group training focused on skill development, confidence, and injury prevention. Sessions are tailored by age and ability, using game-like challenges that make learning active, effective, and fun.
