Natasha is a SAQ and Movement Specialist, focused on soccer specific training and injury prevention. An FA qualified coach, fully insured through United Soccer Coaches. Natasha's educational background is in P.E - Community Wellness and Human and Family Science, with a Masters degree in Kinesiology - Adapted Movement Science.
As a kinesiologist, specializing in adapted movement, I have created individualized and group plans to help players reach their goals, while having fun. Plans include SAQ (Speed, Agility, and Quickness), Flexibility and Balance for Injury Prevention, and my patented pilates based SoccerFlow program. I will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals. My experience includes Pre-school, K12, college, and older adult, and I am also the Acadamy SAQ coach for Sporting Arkansas Soccer Club.
I understand that adapting new fitness habits, and learning new techniques can be difficult. My goal is to change your view on fitness and movement, so that it becomes a part of who you are and your soccer training, and most importantly fun for all ages and abilities.
